- What is Opitor?
- Opitor is an AI-native operating system for small companies, where every person gets their own AI chief of staff. Once you have access, you can start alone, invite your team when you are ready, and run the company on it. New users can request an invitation through the website waitlist.
- What does an AI chief of staff do?
- Public materials describe a per-person chief of staff that gathers messages, follows up todos and deadlines, keeps company goals in view, advises and drafts. - Does it send email or messages as me?
- Public materials describe AI replies as drafts you choose to send, signed in purple. They also describe scheduled sending for reminders you create for yourself and approval for reminders created by somebody else; current production send paths have not been fully reverified.
- What does it remember about me?
- Opitor's materials describe a Memory feature, but current production evidence does not verify how records are created or used, who can access them across roles, or how deletion affects stored data and backups. Do not assume personal-only access, confirm-before-use, or permanent deletion.
- How is Opitor different from Slack or Notion?
- Slack and Notion are tools a team shares. Opitor brings messages, todos, goals and a Memory feature into one operating system, with an AI chief of staff for each person. The current production data context and Memory access controls are still being verified. - What is included?
- Messages (direct and group), Todo List, Calendar, and your chief of staff; company goals (OKR) are managed by administrators. Product materials also describe a Memory feature, whose production workflow and access remain under review.
- Where is my data stored?
- Opitor runs on its own servers. The Trust page is still a draft and does not establish the administrator access boundary for private messages; production administrator/non-member checks across all private-message read paths remain pending. Details are on the Trust page.
- How much does it cost?
- Opitor has no paid plans currently, but self-serve sign-up is closed. New users can request an invitation through the website waitlist.
