What is Opitor?
Opitor is an AI-native operating system for small companies, where every person gets their own AI chief of staff. You start alone, invite your team when you are ready, and run the company on it.
What does an AI chief of staff do?
It works for one person. It gathers your email, chat and files, follows up your todos and deadlines, watches your quarterly goals, advises and drafts, and remembers what you confirm. Every person in a company gets their own.
Does it send email or messages as me?
No. It drafts, you send. Everything it writes is signed in purple, so nobody mistakes it for you.
Can my company's administrator read my private messages?
No. Administrators manage accounts and settings. Private messages, todos and memory are visible only to the people in them, and there is no administrator override.
What does it remember about me?
After a conversation it proposes what to keep. Nothing is used until you confirm it, you can see everything it holds, and you can delete it.
How is Opitor different from Slack or Notion?
Slack and Notion are tools a team shares. Opitor gives each person an AI chief of staff that works across chat, email, todos, calendar, goals and files, and the company runs on the same system. It is designed to be where internal communication happens, not a layer on top of another tool.
Do I need my company to sign up first?
No. Sign up alone, create your company when you are ready, and invite colleagues.
What is included?
Messages (direct and group), Email, Todo List, Calendar, OKR, Drive, Memory, and your chief of staff.
Which languages does it support?
The interface is available in English and Chinese.
Where is my data stored?
Opitor runs on its own servers. Organisations and individuals are isolated from each other at the database level. Details are on the Trust page.
How much does it cost?
Opitor is free to start. There are no paid plans yet.
