Who these terms are with
These terms are an agreement between you and CapSolar Co., Ltd. (บริษัท แค็ปโซล่าร์ จำกัด), registered in Thailand under number 0105566207625, at 429/44 Sukhonthasawat Road, Lat Phrao, Lat Phrao, Bangkok 10230, Thailand (“Opitor”, “we”). They apply when you use the website at opitor.com, the product at app.opitor.com, or the Opitor apps. If you use Opitor for an organization, you accept them on its behalf and confirm you are allowed to.
Your account
You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, and give accurate sign-up details. Keep your password private; you are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at hello@opitor.com if you think someone else has used it.
Your content
What you put into Opitor stays yours, or your organization’s. You give us permission to store, process and display it only to run Opitor for you and the people you share it with, including sending it to the AI providers described in our privacy policy. We do not use your content to train AI models.
The AI chief of staff
Your chief of staff drafts answers, summaries and suggestions with AI models. Drafts can be wrong. Check anything important before you rely on it. The chief of staff does not send email or messages for you; you decide what to send.
Connected services
If you connect another service, such as Gmail, you let Opitor access it as described when you connect and in our privacy policy. That service’s own terms still apply to you. You can disconnect it at any time.
Acceptable use
Do not use Opitor to break the law, to send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, to harass anyone, to store content you have no right to store, to try to reach data you are not allowed to see, or to interfere with Opitor’s systems. We may suspend accounts that do.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Opitor available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or free of errors. We may change or remove features. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we tell account holders before the change takes effect.
Ending your use
You can stop using Opitor at any time and ask us to delete your account at hello@opitor.com. We may close an account that breaks these terms. Our privacy policy says what happens to your data after an account is closed.
Liability
Opitor is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you is limited to USD 100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, and disputes go to the courts of Bangkok.
